Vacancy For Senior Associate In Chennai
The current position is for Senior Associate - Collections team for U.S. based Auto Finance Collections. The Candidate must have hands-on experience in Contacting and notifying customers of delinquent accounts and via telephonic conversation must solicit payment for the account.
The Candidates responsibilities also consist of writing emails to clients, receiving and posting payments to the customer's account and close the delinquency for the month. The candidate should have experience in handling American based Customers.
The candidate should have work experience in International Voice based Collections. The Candidate should work night shift since its US-based Collections
